Another important part of ICT is that it helps remove unconscious beliefs that have quietly held you back — often in more areas of life than you'd expect. Most of those beliefs were never a flaw. They were originally created for safety and protection, usually a long time ago.
Once you address a belief like that through ICT, the next step is integration — this is where other tools, like affirmations, skill-building, and intentional practice, become far more effective than they were before.
Here's why: before ICT, an affirmation can unconsciously feel like the adult part of you telling the younger part of you to be quiet, or to get out of the way. It doesn't always land, because part of you is still bracing against it. After ICT, your conscious adult mind and the part of you still holding the old pattern can start working with each other instead of against each other.
When those two parts are aligned, real, lasting change becomes possible — and that's exactly where the rest of what I offer becomes especially powerful. ICT creates the integration that lets new beliefs, new skills, and new behaviors take root, instead of staying on the surface.
While you can experience ICT as its own single session, it works best as one part of a larger, continuous process. Inner transformational coaching builds the safety and self-awareness that makes ICT possible in the first place. Meditation guidance calms an overstimulated mind and regulates the nervous system, both before and after this deeper work. And energy healing — Reiki and Shaktipat — supports your system at the exact transition points where ICT happens, helping the shift integrate rather than just surface and fade. For the deepest, most lasting results, these aren't four separate services — they're one guided journey, moving at the pace that's actually right for you.
