Meet Olga Clifton
I walked this path first — then made it a practice.
Everything I share comes from lived experience. I've tested it, lived it, and felt its impact in my own life before ever guiding another soul through it.

I've experienced fear. I've experienced grief — I lost my mom, and it changed how I understand loss, love, and what it means to truly find your way back to yourself. I know what it is to lose yourself so completely that you no longer understand who you are or what you're here for.
I did my own healing work to move through it — meditation, deep inner work, learning to actually feel what I'd been carrying instead of pushing it down. And somewhere in that process, something opened in me. For as long as I can remember, I've felt what others are carrying before they say a word — the fear underneath the fear, the story underneath the story. That sensitivity became part of who I am, and part of how I now work with people.
I'm also drawn to a healthy, intentional way of living, and I bring that expertise into the work I do with clients too — this isn't just about the inside; it's about how you actually live.
I carry a natural depth of intuition and insight — an ability to see beneath the surface of things. It's a quality I notice in how I work: I don't just hear what someone tells me; I feel the depth underneath it.
Now, here's what I do. I'm an inner transformational coach, meditation guide, inner child therapy practitioner, and energy healer. I've sat with many people, across many coaching sessions, and I know how to meet you at the actual depth of your story — not the surface version. I work with people who feel stuck in a way they can't quite name — successful on paper, but disconnected from themselves. People who've tried the apps, the journaling, the occasional retreat, and still feel like something underneath hasn't shifted. My work isn't about giving you another technique to add to the pile. It's about creating the space where the real transformation — the one that actually sticks — can finally happen.
I built Essence with Olga around one belief: that real change doesn't come from being told what to do — it comes from being seen clearly enough that you can finally see yourself.
"If you're ready to stop managing your life from the surface and start unfolding from the inside out, I'd be honored to walk that path with you."
What guides the work
Four quiet commitments.
Lived, not learned
Every practice I share I've walked myself. I don't teach theory — I share what actually moved me from heaviness into peace.
Root, not surface
We don't manage symptoms or rehearse coping. We meet the root and let the body finally update the story it's been carrying.
Devotion to peace
Sattva — inner peace — is the north star. Every practice, prompt, and pause is in quiet service to that alignment.
Held, not hurried
Real change moves at the pace your nervous system can integrate. I hold the container. You get to trust the process.
The path here
A quiet unfolding.
Long before certifications, I walked my own path through heaviness, anxiety, and unresolved wounds. Everything I teach was earned in that walk.
I opened my practice as an Inner Transformational Coach — first with a handful of clients, then quietly by word of mouth.
Certified as an Inner Child Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Meditation Guide. Each modality added to a fuller container for real change.
Guiding self-aware men and women 30+ into inner peace, clarity, and alignment — in Gig Harbor and around the world.
Let's have a real conversation.
The first call is on me. No pressure. Just presence.
